C-A-L Ranch Stores is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment. You will help customers, answer questions, and keep the sales floor clean and well merchandised. You will handle stock, pricing, and signage while maintaining strong product knowledge and service standards.

The role emphasizes prompt communication, teamwork, and flexibility to support store operations during peak season. Prior retail familiarity is helpful, along with basic computer and email use.

Seasonal Sales Associate

120-Day Assignment

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales,housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find

the location of products.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new

trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.

• Other duties assigned as needed.
