Coastal Farm is seeking a seasonal team member to uphold customer service standards, drive sales, and maintain store housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, and signage. The role includes POS operations and processing freight in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product location, staying current on product knowledge, and collaborating with associates via radio.

This seasonal position includes a retention bonus for eligible employees who successfully complete the seasonal assignment.

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.
