Job summary

Wellington International in Wellington, FL is seeking a Sponsorship Intern for a Seasonal role during the Winter Equestrian Festival and Global Dressage Festival. The intern will support the Sponsorship Department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks alongside the team.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, familiarity with equestrian sports, and basic proficiency in Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Higher education strongly preferred.
• Must be highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with equestrian sports preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Canva, Excel, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and management of sponsorship assets & deliverables.
• Help manage organization of prizes, promotional materials, and sponsorship collateral.
• Maintain running inventory of photos of banners, sponsorship activations, and other promotions around the showgrounds.
• Help organize, inventory, and install banners and printed materials.
• Assist sponsorship team in liaising with other departments to support sponsor activations.
• Assist with sponsor class presentations.
• Help organize and distribute sponsor assets around the showgrounds.
• Help update weekly photo and video logs.
• Help organize presentation schedules & work with sponsorship team to create & coordinate presentation opportunities with sponsors.
• Organize and prepare all sponsorship report material.
• Assist sponsorship team in creating sponsorship reports.
• Handle a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
