Job summary

National Western is seeking a Seasonal Strategic Partnerships Assistant in Denver, CO to support the Partnerships team with inventory, signage, and hospitality event coordination. You will assist the trade show director and education manager in delivering contracted assets, ensuring accurate print and digital materials, and maintaining on-site signage throughout NWSS.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicators with experience in account management or admin support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience account management or administrative support is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marketing or sponsorship terms and processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory process to ensure seamless execution of contractual assets leading up to NWSS.
• Manage signage process – ordering, tracking and inventory once on-site.
• Assists in the organization of all client contractual deliverables including print, digital media, social media, trade show, education, and on-site signage.
• Assist with partner hospitality events, including pre-event set up and greeting clients and their guests during NWSS
• Provides administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed.
• Assists with initial post-event wrap up information.
