Wellington International in Wellington, FL is seeking a Retail Store Associate to support our 2027 Winter Equestrian and Global Dressage Festivals. You will deliver friendly guest service, help customers with purchases and product knowledge, and ensure the shop is well-stocked and presentable.

This seasonal role requires weekend availability (Wednesday–Sunday) including Friday/Saturday nights through March 2027, offering great pay and valuable festival experience in a lively environment.
