The role emphasizes maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery, with opportunities to influence in-season product lines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related area with 2–3 years in Design or product development.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, color, fabric and style.
• High creativity with good eye for color, texture and 3D visualization.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review worksheets for accurate details to enable efficient development of new styles.
• Communicate with factories to adhere to development schedules.
• Approve product details and pre-production samples.
• Plan and coordinate development activities to ensure timely completion.
• Develop best practices to optimize product development procedures.
• Review Lab dips and yarn selections for new styles.
• Review sock samples for spec measurements, color, and features.
• Maintain information flow between design, development and overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with Production Team to match development samples with pre-production and final production.
