Buff City Soap Franchise in Delafield, Wisconsin, is seeking energetic seasonal retail team members to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers discover products they love.

You will engage with clients, make product recommendations, manage makery and retail areas, and maintain cleanliness while meeting minimum sales requirements. The role offers flexible scheduling, casual dress, and opportunities for training and advancement in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced fun environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
