Job summary

Buff City Soap Midwest Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in our stores. Trained to sell and suggest products, you will support production, maintain inventory, and uphold a positive store culture.

This is a weekend-friendly, part-time role designed to be flexible for growth and team success. Team Members learn product knowledge, assist with events, and help guests find the right items while following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Part-time position up to 30 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist each guest as they enter the store.
• Offer exceptional service by assessing Guests' needs and providing product recommendations.
• Process POS purchases and follow cash handling policy.
• Assist with product creation to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure products are made efficiently and to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Support store operations and marketing events as needed.
