Ace Outdoor Services LLC in Burton, MI is hiring Walk Crew Foremen and Walk Crew Members for the upcoming winter season to keep commercial sidewalks safe and accessible. This is a seasonal, 24/7 on-call position requiring availability during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include snow/ice removal from sidewalks and entrances, operating snow blowers and shovels, applying ice melt, and coordinating a crew as a Foreman.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial snow removal or related outdoor work experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license REQUIRED for Walk Crew Foremen.
• Must have 24/7 on-call availability throughout the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned branch location.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
• Ability to safely operate snow removal tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to follow directions.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to reporting for scheduled snow events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow and ice removal from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, steps, and other designated pedestrian areas at commercial properties.
• Operate snow blowers, shovels, spreaders, and other assigned snow removal equipment.
• Apply ice melt and deicing materials as directed.
• Respond promptly when called in for snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow assigned routes, supervisor instructions, and all company safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete assigned properties.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and communication throughout the winter season.
• Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other concerns to supervisors.
• Walk Crew Foremen: Lead and coordinate assigned crew members, oversee route completion, and ensure work meets company quality and safety standards.
