Job summary

R&D Landscape in Eaton Rapids, MI is seeking Seasonal Snow Shoveling & Sidewalk Crew Members to keep sidewalks clear during winter events.

As an on-call role, you will shovel snow, operate snow blowers, apply salt, and assist with small equipment while following safety protocols and working outdoors in cold conditions. Training and seasonal advancement opportunities are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shovel snow and operate snow blowers on sidewalks and entryways
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as directed
• Assist with small equipment operation (spreaders, blowers)
• Ensure assigned routes are completed safely and thoroughly
• Communicate with supervisors regarding route completion
• Follow all company safety protocols
