Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience required.
• Lead a crew of 1–3 members.
• Chaffers License.
• Clean criminal background.
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work/holidays.
• Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow shovels, snowblowers and/or salting equipment safely and effectively.
• Lead a team of 1-3 people effectively
• Clear snow from sidewalks, city sidewalks, garage fronts for safe access.
• Apply Calcium Chloride as needed.
• Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments.
