Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to support on-call, part-time, seasonal snow events across multiple sites. You will report to the Production Manager and help maintain safe, efficient snow and ice operations.

Responsibilities include plow truck and heavy equipment operation, spreading salt and deicers, loading supplies, and performing basic maintenance. Candidates need 3+ years of commercial snow removal experience and the ability to work in extreme winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening and meet company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal on parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment according to qualifications and certifications.
• Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders and related equipment.
• Assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine/basic maintenance on assigned machinery.
