Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Minnesota seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to join our landscape and snow-removal teams. The role requires operating heavy equipment with independence and safety, year-round across seasonal tasks.

We offer seasonal full-time work in spring–fall and on-call winter shifts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, CDL Class A preferred, and a valid license for outdoor work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional equipment operating experience.
• Experience with skid steers, loaders, excavators, tractors.
• Ability to operate safely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to work outdoors in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple landscape and snow-removal machines.
• Load, haul, and place soil, mulch, and bulk materials.
• Support crews with equipment and material handling.
• Perform site prep, grading, and cleanup.
• Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work varied shifts including snow events.
