Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes. This seasonal summer role requires 100% travel and may involve temporary relocation within the season.

You’ll train on industry-leading products, manage inventories, and create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives while driving your own income through piecemeal pay and an unlimited commission plan.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to convey complex smart-home capabilities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Earn piec e rate pay and an unlimited commission plan.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business-owner mentality.
• Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
• Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.
