Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking seasonal Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros for summer 2026, with 100% travel and potential temporary relocation across the season. You will install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes while earning piece-rate pay and an unlimited commission plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece rate pay and unlimited commission.
• Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
• Control your income by offering additional products and services to customers.
• Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.
