Job summary

Vivint Smart Home in Dallas, TX is seeking seasonal Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros to install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customers' homes. You will earn piece-rate pay and an unlimited commission plan while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Train on industry-leading products, manage inventory with a business-owner mindset, and turn service appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Requires valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation; must live within 20 miles of the city.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Earn piece-rate pay and unlimited commission plan.
• Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business-owner mindset.
• Create solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives.
