Qualifications

• Experience as a ski school instructor or seasonal program coach.
• Willingness to work with children and youth (ages 7–18).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-snow training sessions for athletes.
• Lead athlete goal-setting meetings at the start of the season.
• Provide personalized feedback and evaluations to athletes.

Skills

Advanced skiing or riding skills

Strong people skills

Ability to work with children and youth

Education

At least one year of experience as a ski school instructor
