Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is hiring Seasonal Ski/Snowboard Instructors (Non-Certified - Level 5) for part-time, hourly roles. You will teach lessons to all ages and abilities, emphasizing guest safety and enjoyment, and contribute to a culture of learning and professional growth.

Orientation begins in November with a schedule through April. The position offers fantastic mountain experiences, employee perks, and opportunities to advance within the Ski & Ride School.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work with children and adults.
• Previous experience with 4–12 year olds preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Able to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction in private & group settings to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Complete required HR training, orientation, and on-snow training.
• Adhere to Crystal Mountain safety policies and be a professional ambassador.
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers and management.
• Assist with lesson grouping, area setup/teardown and incident reports as needed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through Crystal Mountain or PSIA‑AASI opportunities.
