Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is hiring Ski/Snowboard Instructors (Non-Certified – Level 5) for the upcoming season. This is a Seasonal, Full-Time, Hourly role in the Ski & Ride School, located at Crystal Mountain, WA.

Teaching Wage Range is $22.00 – $41.25 DOE and Certifications; Non-Teaching Wage is $20.00. As an instructor you will teach lessons to students of all ages and abilities with safety and guest experience as priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness and ability to work with children and adults.
• Prior experience with 4- to 12-year-old children preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction in private & group settings for all ages and abilities, prioritizing safety.
• Attend required HR training and on-snow / online training.
• Adhere to Crystal Mountain safety policies and be a professional ambassador.
• Assist with lesson grouping, area setup/teardown, and recordkeeping as needed.
• Seek professional development through Crystal Mountain training and PSIA-AASI opportunities.
