Job summary

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort is hiring for Ski School Support Staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Starting wage is $20.00/hr to $31.00/hr with full-time hours available.

The role focuses on supporting ski/snowboard school operations, guest check-in/out, and children’s programming in a fast-paced mountain environment. Responsibilities include daily reservation processing, facility setup/teardown, health code compliance, and helping with activities for children.

Qualifications

Fluent in all aspects of English language.
Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily reservation and sales processing using resort systems.
Set up and teardown of indoor facilities with attention to detail.
Ensure health code compliance in all areas including common spaces and equipment.
Maintain a clean, orderly facility for high guest flow.
Work with young children to facilitate games and activities.
Wear a helmet in accordance with policy while on duty.
Uphold safety standards and contribute to a safe work culture.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
