Job summary

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort seeks a Rental Associate for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll provide excellent guest service, fit guests with equipment, and explain operation and safety aspects of rentals.

Benefits include $20/hr starting pay, free employee ski passes and lessons, 40% retail discounts, and access to training and wellness programs. Shifts require flexibility including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding guest service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active environment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment and safety practices
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May perform cashiering or retail tasks
• Other duties as assigned
