Job summary

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort is hiring Winter Seasonal Instructors for 2026/2027. Instructors will teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children, delivering exceptional guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour, with opportunities to earn more through teaching incentives. Part-time shifts are available; full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children.
• Deliver world-class guest service.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support all needs of the snow sports school: scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers.
• Other duties as assigned.
