Zusammenfassung

Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking an organized, customer-focused administrative assistant for the Ski and Ride School. You will support daily operations, coordinate guest services, and help maintain smooth day-to-day activities across our three mountains.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays at BBMR locations. Seasonal employment offers access to benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least eighteen (18) years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate equipment as needed.
• An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company to staff and guests.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with guest policies and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Workday, Siriusware, and Flaik.
• Highly organized and a self-starter; able to multi-task.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays at any BBMR resort location.
