Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for the 2026-2027 winter season. The role supports Snowshoe’s hiring process and ensures a smooth candidate experience, coordinating direct and indirect hires with managers and leadership.

Start date is around 11/1/26. Responsibilities span domestic and international recruiting, onboarding, and administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on timely communication, confidentiality, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to travel (day or overnight) as needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen, route, and process new applications.
• Conduct interviews, extend offers, and coordinate housing with candidates.
• Communicate professionally and in a timely fashion with applicants.
• Create and post new job opportunities.
• Assist with the onboarding process and new hire process.
• Send offers and process hiring for new and returning employees with managers.
• Coordinate logistics for international employee arrivals and departures.
• Process international hiring and assist with international transport.
• Serve as a liaison for international workers and schedule J1 cultural trips.
• Maintain notes and tracking of candidates in recruiting processes.
• Ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience and comply with laws.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
