Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles in Boulder, CO. You will provide guest service at our rental shops, fit guests with equipment, and explain operation and safety practices for rentals. The position requires flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends and to maintain product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops.
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard.
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales.
• Other duties as assigned
