Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking Warehouse Associates to support all areas of the Distribution Center, including picking, receiving, packing, and shipping. The role involves moving products to customer doors, often using RF systems and power equipment after training.

You will join a collaborative team focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates should have prior warehouse experience, be able to lift heavy items, and demonstrate reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with computer systems and RF equipment.
• Experience using power equipment to safely process freight.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 20–30 lb on average, up to 65 lb.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Move product through the distribution center, supporting multiple areas as needed.
• Assist with merchandise handling, receiving, packing, and shipping.
• Operate power equipment after training if certified.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and safety standards.
