Job summary

REI Co-op in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, packing, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The role involves selecting items, receiving inventory, pricing, shipping, and preparing bikes for assembly.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 65 pounds, stand for long shifts and work a Friday–Sunday schedule. REI offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employee discounts and paid time off.

The Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our team’s success. In this role you could be tasked with picking and putting items in a(n) appropriate location, receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing customer orders, handling cardboard and waste for the team efficiency, and preparing bikes for assembly. If you love a fun, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you!

The schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 6:00pm.

• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
