Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member at our Yuba City store to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining planograms, executing store recovery, and supporting omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store while upholding SOPs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform stocking and unloading duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Handle fast and accurate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms; maintain store recovery.
• Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; support safety programs.
