Job summary

Glacier in Durango, CO is hiring part-time, seasonal servers for both AM and PM shifts. Roles include greeting guests, serving fine dining items, and maintaining dining areas. Eligible for service-fee-based gratuities above base pay and part-time benefits including paid sick leave.

AM Server starts at $14.00+, PM Server at $12.00+. All servers participate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop customer service skills and advance in the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server preferred; ability to learn Glacier standards.
• Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper handling procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and respond to inquiries promptly and warmly.
• Present and serve food and beverages with knowledge of menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely, accurate orders.
• Process payments at the POS, handle cash and cards, and make changes as needed.
