Job summary

Glacier is seeking a Courtside / Snack Shop Server to provide friendly, timely service to guests and associates.

You will deliver and clear food and beverages, keep dining areas clean, restock and set up for events, and assist with related duties in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is needed to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and ensure guest orders are complete upon arrival.
• Bus and reset dining areas to Glacier standards.
• Stock and maintain the kitchen, server stations, bar and dining room.
• Assist staff with duties such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, sweeping and cleaning floors.
• Complete and follow closing processes at the end of shift.
• Set up dining areas and event locations for parties and events.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Overview

Courtside / Snack Shop Server is an integral part of Glacier's success. This position is responsible for serving and clearing food and beverages to all Glacier guests and associates in a highly professional, timely, and friendly manner while ensuring an outstanding guest experience and service are provided.

Essential Duties

• 1. Ensure food is delivered quickly and that the guest order is complete upon arrival.
• 2. Ensure dining areas are bussed and reset to Glacier standards properly and timely.
• 3. Stock, maintain and organize the kitchen, server stations, bar and dining room.
• 4. Assist staff with other duties as needed such as: polishing silverware and/or glasses, folding napkins, sweeping and/or cleaning floors, preparing food items, or any other restaurant/bar duties as assigned.
• 5. Ensure all closing processes are completed and followed at the end of shift.
• 6. Set up dining area and event locations based on party/event sizes, which would include moving a variety of furniture.
