Job summary

Macy's is seeking a friendly Server to provide caring hospitality in a full-service restaurant environment, serving food and beverages. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts; hours vary by business needs.

You will follow safety and service standards, handle reservations, and maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code. You will work with the team to clear and reset tables, balance sales, and deliver an authentic Macy's dining experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years direct experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policy and regulations regarding service of alcohol and responsible hours.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain work area per Health Department standards.
• Provide timely food and beverage service and educate customers about menu items.
• Balance and record sales, and handle cash and charge slips.
• Answer phones and record reservations when needed.
• Open/close area with checklists and coordinate with Manager on Duty.
