• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

• Greet customers and engage with them to understand needs, learn goals, and share product knowledge
• Assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room to create friendly, personalized conversations and relationships
• Maintain a clean, inviting, organized sales floor and assist with merchandise movement
• Promote Macy’s Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need before they leave
• Support teamwork and helpful collaboration to serve customers and communities
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals through friendly service and strong product knowledge
• Deliver a positive, memorable shopping experience from entry to checkout
