Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to blend selling with genuine hospitality. You will understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with products and services on the sales floor or fitting room.

You’ll also help keep the space welcoming and assist with merchandising and checkout processes. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage warmly, and build customer relationships.
• Help customers find and recommend products; share promotions and loyalty benefits.
• Review daily sales goals and learn about new arrivals and top sellers.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Operate merchandise moves, displays, and price updates as needed.
• Assist with packaging, returns processing, and cash register transactions.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and support colleagues.
