Paws Up Montana, a luxury ranch resort, seeks a Server Assistant to greet guests, assist with service, and ensure a world-class dining experience on site in Greenough, MT. Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining spaces and collaborating with Food & Beverage teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, some food & beverage experience, a valid Food Handler’s License and State Driver’s License, and exhibit professional hospitality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work.
• Preferably 6 months of food & beverage experience, preferably in fine dining or a resort.
• Knowledge of world class hospitality and service.
• Valid Food Handler’s License
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day
• Friendly and professional demeanor under high-demand periods with guests, team members, and management.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and deliver world-class service with menu knowledge and allergen awareness.
• Assist with service sequence and stay present yet unobtrusive on the floor.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Know all menu items, allergens, and specials; relay restrictions to teams.
• Verify food before serving for appearance, temperature, and portions.
• Engage with guests professionally; fulfill special requests.
• Maintain guest confidentiality during their stay.
• Resolve guest issues promptly; coordinate with Restaurant Manager.
• Keep dining room and workstation clean and organized.
• Open/close checklists and other tasks from management.
• Follow all safety and security policies.
