The Seasonal Tour Guide role at Cutwater Spirits in San Diego, CA leads engaging distillery tours, shares the brand story, and supports tasting room retail operations. You’ll host tastings when applicable and contribute to guest satisfaction while upholding safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

This position reports to the Tasting Room Manager and requires a dynamic, public-facing presence, strong communication, and a passion for storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required.
• Previous restaurant or tasting room experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead distillery tours and share the Cutwater story.
• Host tastings and support retail operations.
• Ensure guest safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Engage guests with storytelling and brand knowledge.
• Assist with event hosting and VIP experiences.
• Maintain POS knowledge and process transactions accurately.
• Uphold Cutwater Spirits' values and service standards.
