Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking friendly servers for evening shifts in our two restaurants. You will provide attentive service to Members and guests, describe specials, take orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate billing.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), plus related hospitality experience. Food safety and alcohol awareness training are required; English fluency and familiarity with a POS system are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• English reading and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions regarding menu items; offers suggestions.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers orders promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Maintains organized workstation and adheres to cash handling and POS procedures.
