Job summary

The Country Club at Castle Pines is hiring a Line Cook to join our culinary team in Castle Rock, CO. This full-time role requires a minimum of two years of line cook experience in a commercial kitchen, strong knowledge of safety and sanitation, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

You will support prep, cooking, plating, and daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced private club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a line cook in a commercial kitchen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Preps assigned items including washing, peeling, dicing, slicing and portioning.
• Label, date, rotate and store items properly.
• Prepare food for members and special requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow Chef’s recipes and portioning using accurate measurements.
• Bake, grill, steam, and braise a variety of foods as required.
• Present and garnish dishes according to Chef’s specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations, tools and storage areas.
