• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas through sweeping and mopping.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust.
• Assists with light food prep and food production standards.
• Maintains safe work practices and professional relations with staff.
