Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain daily production records and complete documentation.
• Cross-train employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
