Yellowstone Club is seeking a Seasonal Senior Assistant Golf Professional for the summer season. The role runs from May 31st to October 1st and involves overseeing middle-level management and a 35–40 person staff in Golf Operations.

The Senior Assistant will support the Director of Golf and Heads of department, ensuring exceptional guest service, event management, and smooth daily operations for members and guests at Yellowstone Club.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; PGA Class A required.
• Experience managing a 35–40 person staff at a high-end private facility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage middle-level management and staff (35–40 people).
• Maintain superior guest service and hospitality standards.
• Lead daily golf operations, event and tournament management.
• Coordinate camps and clinics as needed.
