Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana is seeking an Outside Services Attendant for Summer 2027. This seasonal, full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining driving range and golf cart operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening availability is a plus, with benefits including meals, housing options, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up and upkeep of driving range.
• Assist in prep and maintenance of golf cart fleet daily.
• Help set up and breakdown of golf cart staging area.
• Provide courteous service to Members and guests.
• Respect Members’ privacy and time.
