Job summary

Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department seeks a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional for our summer season in Big Sky, MT. The role supports day-to-day golf operations, tournaments, merchandising, instruction, outside operations, and member services.

The position runs May 31 through September 26 and requires PGA Class A with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should have hospitality focus and experience in high-end private golf settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and PGA Class A required.
• Experience in high-end private golf is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Golf POS and tournament software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service to Members and guests with greeting and product knowledge.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction and handle transactions ethically.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for team Members and guests.
• Maintain positive relations with Yellowstone Club team members.
• Perform duties per Club policies to meet department objectives.
• Meet productivity, organization, punctuality and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward Members and colleagues.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors and co-workers with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain Members' privacy at all times.
• Manage events and tournaments; lead daily golf operations.
• Teaching and club fitting; organize camps and clinics.
