• Collaborate with Executive leadership to support budgeting and reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, grant funds, and documentation.
• Monitor bank balances and cash flow for operational obligations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and year-end entries.
• Coordinate annual audit process with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Act as Mandated Reporter and maintain professional relationships.
