Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Forklift experience desired but not required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail, productivity, accuracy and timeliness.
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Proficient written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to wear a mask when needed due to crop dust conditions.
• Capable of long hours and possible weekend work during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Operate seed packaging equipment.
• Operate seed cleaning equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping on the production floor (sweeping/cleaning).
• Assist with customer incoming/outgoing warehouse shipments and orders.
• Assist with warehousing activities.
