Qualifications

• Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operations.
• Ability to safely perform duties in timely fashion while maintaining seed quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support seed production activities across field, plant, and warehouse settings.
• Harvesting, receiving, conditioning, treater operation, packaging, warehousing, and shipping tasks as directed.
• Safely operate equipment using PLC automation software and enter data on quality tests.
• Maintain organization, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety policies.
• Assist with maintenance and general duties to ensure on-time production.
