You will support site managers with patient flow and lab follow-ups, ensuring DOH compliance and maintaining a clean, efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, preferably a Medical Assisting background and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from accredited Medical Assisting program preferred; training provided.
• BLS certification required at time of hire; bilingual skills helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits in the EMR.
• Assist physicians with basic patient care and procedures.
• Direct patient flow, inventory management, and lab follow-ups.
• Ensure lab compliance with DOH regulations and logbook maintenance.
