Responsibilities

• Receive, weigh and test grain delivered to the facility while providing superior customer service to the Producers/Drivers.
• Weigh all trucks coming into and leaving the facility and direct trucks to loading/unloading locations; communicate with production for timely unloading.
• Probe inbound trucks to collect commodity samples and enter information into tracking system.
• Maintain clean and presentable office and scale area.
• Greet customers and visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
• On-the-job training provided.
