Job summary

Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman, Oregon, is seeking a Seasonal Scale Attendant to operate the weigh scale and support feed, crop, and transportation operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of scale system operation experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operate the weigh scale and accurately process all scale transactions.
• Weigh crops using EZ Weights scale software.
• Ensure all required documentation is attached to scale tickets.
• Enter ticket data accurately and timely on a daily basis.
• Generate and export reports from EZ Weights as requested.
• Assist with tracking feed inventories and related records.
• Verify feed and freight invoices against scale tickets.
• Direct drivers to the appropriate feedlots and unloading locations.
