Job summary

Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman, Oregon is seeking a Seasonal Scale Attendant to operate the weigh scale and support feed, crop, and transportation tasks. This role focuses on accurate weighing, ticket processing, inventory tracking, data entry, and reporting, serving drivers and internal teams.

Expect September 1st to October 31st with 40+ hours weekly, typically 10 am–8 pm, Mon–Sat; schedule may vary with weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of scale system operation experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to learn multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate weigh scale and process scale transactions accurately.
• Weigh crops using EZ Weights scale software.
• Attach required documentation to scale tickets.
• Enter ticket data daily and timely.
• Generate and export reports from EZ Weights.
• Track feed inventories and related records.
• Verify invoices against scale tickets.
• Direct drivers to feedlots and unloading locations.
• Maintain records to support regulatory requirements.
