Position Summary

Join CHS for the 2025 Season! We are seeking an individual to join our Tribune, KS team during the grain season. This role is essential for all scale operations and the success of our wheat & corn harvest. Depending on weather and business demand, weekly hours may range from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., including weekends, with the potential for full-time employment at season's end. Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using both computer and manual tools.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, identify hazards, and promote a safety culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Service.

Additional Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Willingness to work longer days, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
• Pre-employment screening may include drug tests, background checks, physical requirements, and FMSCA Clearinghouse compliance.
